She has even volunteered in a lab, run her own denture repair service, and honed her skills in creating fixed retainers demonstrating a commitment to hands-on knowledge and a meticulous attention to detail.
With over 10 years of experience in management, Topaz has successfully led small, medium, and large teams across independent, private, NHS and corporate settings, as well as within the veterinary sector. Her leadership has consistently resulted in positive outcomes, including a flawless record with CQC inspections – no practice under her guidance has ever failed.
